OUR VISION
Lambda Chi Alpha’s vision to lead a co-curricular Greek movement, predicated on partnership and collaboration amongst the undergraduates, host institutions, alumni and General Fraternity, and offering an experience that focuses on the maturational development of today’s college man. As such, it is the vision of Lambda Chi Alpha to extend itself beyond the traditional social fraternity in practice and principle.

Our brotherhood is dedicated to enhancing the collegiate experience and providing personal, professional, and leadership development through a strong brotherhood. Some of the biggest ways our organization is transforming men’s lives is through leadership development, networking opportunities, academic support, and creating opportunities to give back to those around us.

PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
My name is Connor Bain, and I’m from Brentwood, Tennessee. I am a junior at Auburn University studying Mechanical Engineering and serving as the High Alpha (president) of Lambda Chi Alpha. When I first got to Auburn, I didn’t know what college would look like or where I would find my place. Choosing Lambda Chi was mostly a step of faith, but it quickly became the anchor of my Auburn experience. From the start of associateship, I was surrounded by men who pushed me to grow not only in my faith, but in the classroom, and in my daily life. That mindset of challenging one another is woven into our chapter culture and continues to shape the way we live out our brotherhood. It isn’t something that comes from a single speech or moment, but from the way brothers show up for each other consistently. Some of my favorite memories are simple ones, like packing into the house to watch March Madness, or spending Auburn gamedays together. Those small moments say the most about who we are. As President, I am committed to strengthening our chapter in every way—academically, socially, and spiritually. My goal is to foster the personal and professional growth of every brother who walks through our doors and to make Lambda Chi a place where men are encouraged to become better sons, brothers, and friends. Most importantly, I hope this brotherhood continues to build a firm foundation for great husbands and fathers in the years that follow.
